Returns and Cancellations
The products that we sell are in the skincare, wellness and beauty category and we cannot accept any returns. However, in the case of a damage of the product at our end, we are happy to replace the product, excluding postage costs/shipping costs, provided the goods are unopened, unused and are in a perfect, re-saleable condition.
We package our goods very carefully but advise you check your parcel as soon as possible upon receipt. In the unlikely event that products have become damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Rosh Botanicals reserves the right to investigate any claims. We will not be able to accept any return/ refund request after two days of receipt of the product by you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Terms for return of products:
We do not accept returns of the products once sold. However, in the cases where a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped, we will replace the product.
The product must be unused and unopened.
The product must be unopened in its original packaging along with all the inserts, poly bag and the order manifest (the address with barcode)
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above.
We endeavor to describe our products accurately and aim for complete customer satisfaction.
Customers may return/exchange the items within 2 days in the following cases:
- Received a defective or damaged product
- Received a different product from what you ordered
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
we may ask for photos of the damaged package.
